2006 Jayco Baja Toy Hauler King and Queen Bed slide outs. Mattresses have heat pads. Has working fridge, furnace , indoor toilet / shower , outdoor shower as well as new stereo. Stereo is Bluetooth and has speakers inside and outside. Comes with portable stove that runs on propane. There is a propane hook up inside and one outside for the stove. Will include our memory foam mattress topper for the king side. Queen side we left with just the mattress as the kids used that side. Has two plug in fans that hang over the beds. Also included is awning with screen enclosure. Only issue is some of the laminate on the table has lifted on one corner and the outside light needs a new switch. Other than that it is amazing condition. Will need a battery if wanting to use dry camping, we have always camped at hookup sites so have never needed one. Comes with two propane tanks. Only selling as we have outgrown this as our children are getting older. We are upgrading to a larger full-size trailer.
