$850 · Wanted: room for rent February 1 or 15

Hello, I am seeking a room for rent starting February 1 or 15. I do not smoke or own any pets and I'm currently employed as a cleaner in a residential setting. I would prefer to get a place in Duncan in order to be close to work but will also consider other locations in Cowichan Valley near a bus stop. I have been living in Mill Bay for the past 2 1/2 years but my landlord has passed away and I have been told to find another place.
