$650 · I live in a one bedroom I don’t use the living room

I live in a 600 sq foot 1 bedroom apartment in a prime location right downtown duncan , I’d like to be discrete and not showcase my home so if you would like pictures I have a very nice apartment I’ve done a lot of renovations - you would have the living room which is furnished , you will have the patio sliding door all glass room I will need to use the patio on occasion as I have a dryer out there I use I also have a washing machine apartment siZe one which u can use included Amazon firestick tv and projector , heat , hot water, shaw internet - the fastest , I work from 11-7 mon to Friday I don’t want someone that’s going to be sleeping when I’m home from work in Victoria at 8:30 I’m a late nighter I’m not loud but often up till 3-4 am , just chilled tv sometimes a project I am ok with smoking it’s outside the building would be best if I had a car or went for a walk . I smoke too . 420 cool too, I’m 37 year old single guy I like all types of people but i don’t want someone that drinks at all. I rarely do you need to be clean tidey I’m a fairly quiet person the room is 13x13 comes With a nice couch some tables etc . This is temporary from dec Jan feb march ongoing monthly if u work out rent is best paid on a every two weeks basis split $325/2 weeks - you must have a job and 3 references 1 work and 2’personal Please contact by email or text only please
