Hello lovely humans! Are you looking to move up to Cobble Hill for the Fall? We have a room available in our bright and open shared home and small farm. Rent is $700 plus utilities (wifi included) - pets considered. It's a short-term rental because the wonderful home is being placed on the market in May (2023). We're four mid-30's -'40s working adults (one from home), who are mature, grounded, and who use NVC and support personal growth. This is a LGBTQ friendly home. Lots of common space and barn could be used as a workshop. Room is on the upper floor with lots of natural light and view onto the field. Washer, dryer and large deck. 5 minute drive from the ocean and Cobble Hill Mountain trails.
