$950 · Master Bedroom in Gordon Head

Hey folks! 😊 The master bedroom in our 3-bedroom upstairs suite in Gordon Head is available for a 1-year lease, starting September 1st. The master room is furnished with a queen size bed and a dresser. The bedroom also has a sizeable closet and a separate bathroom. While we would like somebody to sign a 1-year lease, an 8-month would also work well. The 28 to downtown stops right across the street. The 32 towards Interurban stops a 5-minute walk away from the house. Its about a 10-15 minute bike ride to UVic. The house: The kitchen is quite large and is great to cook in. Large fridge that we all share as well as a brand-new dishwasher and microwave. I have an espresso machine that I am quite happy to share 😊. The living room is furnished with some extremely comfortable couches. We also have a TV with a Roku on it, so it is easy to watch Netflix on. There is also a small dining room table. The sunroom in the back of the house has been turned into an office for us to study in. If you want to bring your own desk, there’s room for yours in the sunroom. There’s also room for a desk in the bedroom itself. There’s a small, covered deck at the back the house that’s good for smoking. The backyard + patio is hugeee and nice to hang out in, especially in the summer. The roommates: Hannah and Kyle are renting out the other two bedrooms in the suite. We are both going into our fourth year at UVic and we’re both studying biochemistry. We are usually busy with school and work but are always down to hang when we have a day off or when we finish with exams. We are both quite tidy but not super-crazy clean. The Bills: Rent for the master bedroom is $950/month. This includes internet and garbage. There is a large washer and dryer in the suite. Utilities are extra; however, the most we had to pay was during the winter at it was only $60/person/month. Parking for one vehicle.
