Huge kitchen, with dishwasher and new appliances. In suite laundry. Heat pump, so there is AC in the summertime. Sunroom that we currently have set up as a second living room, opens onto the deck. And bathroom has double sinks. Large fenced yard, that is shared with downstairs suite. Bus stop right beside the house. The home is furnished (room unfurnished), but there is space to put additional furniture/belongings if needed. Shared with two females in their 20’s.
