The Arbutus Cafe is a busy and inclusive work environment. The majority of the staff have been working at the restaurant for multiple years - which is evidence of the desirable working conditions. It's family owned and operated. The kitchen is looking for someone to round out the team. Hours per week available are somewhat flexible, between 8-20, depending on the applicants availability. The restaurant is always closed on Sundays and statutory holidays, which makes work/life balance a little easier.
