Cafe Manager/ Barista

Here we grow again! Serious Coffee at the Cowichan Commons location is looking for full time and part time barista staff. Full barista training will be provided to ensure that all of our customers at Serious Coffee continue to get the amazing coffee and service that they have come to expect at all of our locations. We are looking for staff who can greet and assist our customers with a smile and great attitude to help make their day awesome and who displays an affinity for our coffee, core values, and company philosophy. Flexible Hours and competitive pay with tips. *What we are looking for in our staff Barista experience is an asset, but full training will be given. Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude! Ability to follow in house procedures and guidelines Ability to work flexible schedules, in particular full week day hours Cash handling experience Great work ethic and ability to keep busy and multi-task Current food safe certificate or in process of getting it Assisting in any light food prep Works well as a team With experience and training, have the potential to take on more responsibilities Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
