The house is situated in the quiet Herons Wood neighbourhood just north of Duncan. The large bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet; full bathroom, spacious living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), eating and sitting area including queen sofa bed for additional guests. The Herons Wood neighbourhood is centrally located close to nature trails, shopping (Cowichan Commons), the regional hospital, Duncan town centre (5 minute drive, 30 minute walk), sites of interest (Forest Discovery Centre, Raptor Centre), Maple Bay, Cowichan Bay, Cowichan River trails, and about 20 minutes to Cowichan Lake. Visit local wineries and breweries. Under one hour drive to Victoria. The suite has its own entrance and patio in the garden. Wireless Internet and all utilities are included.
