ISO long term rental

Good day, I am looking for a quiet, private and safe place to rent with washer and dryer. I prefer a detached, side by side or upper/top floor (no basement/no lower) with separate utilities, I have my own BC Hydro and Shaw accounts. I am a mature female, retired with good income, I do not smoke/vape, use drugs or do party. I am very quiet, clean, responsible and private. I have references, tenant insurance and a vehicle. I would like to find a place with easy access to highway and close enough to amenities. From Mill Bay to Ladysmith. Thank you for your time and consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
