Renting spare room in my 2 bed I bath apartment available September. Apartment is older but clean and safe. I'm a quiet woman home most of the time due to disabilities that doesn't party looking for compatible. Rent includes heat, hydro, internet and cable/streaming. Room furnished with queen size bed, air conditioner and dressers. I have cats so unfortunately no more pets allowed.
