$1,000 · Searching for a quiet furfamily friendly rental

Anyone looking to find a long-term renter may find what they seek, in me. So let's get down to the bio: I'm a single 47 yr old female. My furfamily are my companions and all I need in my life. My senior feline is 10 and I have owned him his whole life, minus 4 years he was missing. My bunnies (5&3) are litter trained and well behaved. They all come fixed, vaccinated, vet prescribed flea control medicated and with a "care portfolio" if requested. I smoke, but don't mind doing so outside. I do enjoy gardening and spending time with my animals outside and am always looking to pretty things up, inside and out. I'm handy and capable of small repairs, spend a lot of time baking and cooking for the joy of it, and keep a clean home. I do have grandchildren who will visit for a court days here and there, but other than them and my daughter's, I tend to not have company all that often. I guess you could say I enjoy my privacy. I'm looking at all options at this point (except shared accommodation), due to the lack of availability.
