Apartment or Suite Required (Cowichan)

Hello! I am a semi-retired teacher moving into the Cowichan Valley area at the end of June 2024. I require a one or two bedroom apartment or suite in a house or similar building (apartment complex is okay too), preferably with a bathtub, kitchen, laundry facilities and parking for one vehicle included. I would prefer to live in Duncan, but am open to other areas. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and a very quiet and responsible tenant. I typically take care of any light maintenance or minor repairs myself, as needed, if required. I have no pets. I would like to find and secure a long term and mutually respectful arrangement.
