Our awesome tenants are moving out after almost 5 years of living here- so now we are looking for new awesome tenants!! Our beautiful home is in Duncan situated on a half-acre, shared property in town. The house is 2-bedroom, one den, one full bathroom with a claw foot tub and skylight. Hardwood floors and wainscotting. The kitchen is spacious. The living room has big windows overlooking the front lawn. Basement is unfinished with shared laundry. Holmes creek runs through the property, with lots of wildlife activity. The property has a cabin just across the driveway from the main house which one of the owners’ lives in. Due to this proximity and lack of sound proof-ness of the cabin- it is important that our new awesome tenant is quiet, a non smoker and who wants to treat this house as a home. The home is heated and cooled with a heat pump and baseboards, there is one parking spot, laundry, a great view of the creek and all its wonderfulness, great neighbours, conscientious landlords, and fenced garden and lawn space are all included.
