$1,200 · In search of a place to call home

Hello! I'm a 23 year old single mom living in Duncan. I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, following the 6 generations of my family who also have lived here. My 18 month old son and I are in a very small bachelor suite, which has worked well while he was a baby but now that he's getting older we're definitely needing more space. There's also some moisture issues with our place that is increasing our need for a new home. A one bedroom suite is better suited for my $1200 budget, but a two bedroom would be preferred. I also have a 5 year old lazy, quiet, well behaved dog named Roman. We are easy going and respectable, no smoking, no drinking and can provide more information upon request.
