$1,300 · Couple Looking for Long Term Home

Early 30’s couple looking for a new place to hang our hats on the Duncan, Shawnigan, Sahtlam, Maple Bay, Cowichan Bay areas. It’s just the two of us living in a 3 bedroom that could suit a family better during this housing crisis. We would love privacy and quiet and somewhere with nature at the back door. Hoping for ground level entry but separate from others. Looking for a spacious one bedroom or a one bedroom with a den (or a two bedroom but that’s laughable at our budget; willing to discuss a slightly higher budget if it’s inclusive but we prefer wifi and hydro in our names). My partner works in Victoria and I am starting full time, online studies with very promising endeavours. I have been injured and unable to return to work as it is a slow healing process so I’m embarking on a new career. We are looking for new residency for January 1st or sooner if you have something that would suit us. My partner does some online racing games and it can be loud, which is why a separate suite would be preferred as to not disrupt and disturb anyone else. We’ve been in our current unit for 7 years and can provide an excellent reference from our landlord as well as professional and personal references. We would love to connect with genuine landlords and tell you more about us to see if we can fit your expectations as tenants. Please ask me anything, as this doesn’t give sufficient space for all details and I put some important features first that are make or breaks for some landlords. I don’t see a point in wasting time.
