$1,230 · WANTED: Quiet, long-term, small family rental

I'm looking to rent a space for myself, my four year old daughter and our eleven year old dog. We currently live in a tiny house I own in Victoria, but are looking for more space. I work near-full time as a relief care nurse for children and families affected by complex medical needs. Although some of my work is in Victoria, some contracts are also up island, making Quwutsun feasible. Aside from building the tiny home, I also love to be outdoors and previoualy owned and operated an exterior maintenance company. I'd love space for gardens. I also have a small online business which requires a bit more space. I'm a mature mom, in my late 30's, I don't consume alcohol and I don't smoke tobacco. I have good credit and money in the bank. My dog and I have excellent reference, the four year old is questionable ;) If it sounds like we're the type of folks you'd like to rent to, please reply to this ad :) All good things-
