Valley Integration to Active Living Society (V.I.T.A.L.S.) was founded in 1991 in the Cowichan Valley. We provide an exceptional level of quality community inclusion, residential, and home-share services to individuals who require support to contribute constructively to, and participate fully, in their communities.
