We are a family of 7 (so far) looking for a forever home. We are a young couple with 3 children(so far) with our parents. We are looking for a duplex or a home with a suite. We have money for a down payment but need someone to carry a mortgage for us. One of our parents requires care due to illness. We want to stay together and have good incomes. We also would entertain a empty piece of land up to two acres (doesnt need to be serviced) to build on our selves. PLEASE help us.
