Founded in 1971, the Cowichan Valley Arts Council is a registered charity dedicated to enriching our community through the lens of arts and culture. We hold up to 30 art exhibitions per year showcasing established artists & new talent. Art-themed programming includes workshops for all ages, demonstrations, presentations, art markets and more.
