The Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association is looking for another Saturday Barn Worker. Must have previous horse experience, and be up for the physical demands of the job, as duties will include turn in and out, mucking of stalls and paddocks, moving of hay bales, feeding, and when we are in session helping to groom and tack horses for their lessons, as well as other general horse care or maintenance as required. Our organization is a place of inclusion and community, and as such all of our staff need to be comfortable working as part of a team of staff, volunteers, clients with diverse needs and their families, and of course our herd of therapy horses.
