About the Teacher: Melaura has over 15 years of teaching experience, Royal Conservatory of Music certification, is a Masters degree (Education and Communication) candidate and continues to develop her craft through performing and releasing original music. She has trained and dabbled in just about every genre (from pop to classical, broadway to rap and reggae, etc.) and instrument from Guitar and Ukulele to Piano and Wind instruments (including singing of course!). She has worked with many phenomenal teachers and musicians such as Camille Rae, members of the Chris Buck Band, Band of Rascals and Kick Axe to name a few. These wonderful people among many others, have helped her learn the true requirements of musical success, allowing Melaura to pass on this valuable knowledge to many of her students.
