Description of Duties: Managing and holding people accountable. Ensuring your teams complete work to a 5 Star standard. Organizing and managing equipment, vehicles, etc. Cleaning with crews as needed: window, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, and siding washing. Working with clients from arrival call to job completion and final walk through. Ability to to advise/estimate clients on current and prospective work. Candidates Should Possess The Following: Experience and comfort doing heavy labour outside. Ability to work in a team. Ability to execute multiple tasks in a fast moving environment. High level of comfort working on ladders and on roofs. Valid BC Drivers License. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
