Executive Director Non Profit organization

The Executive Director role is an important and valued role and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an Executive Director to grow with us. We are looking for a leader with the following qualifications and experience: • strategic & business planning • financial management • grant writing and reporting • project management (including capital projects) • community development • fundraising & event management • daily operations and facility management (two properties) • staff management • volunteer recruitment, retention, and management This will be a 30-40 hour per week position based at the HUB at Cowichan Station in Duncan.
