This is a bit of a rare 7 inch Kai Chef Knife, from Japan, in fair to good condition (it needs a good sharpening); model #TDM0702. (any more people in the store and it gets hard to maintain 6 feet apart.) We also have hand sanitizer readily available at the entrance of the store; which can be used at any time, entering and exiting the store. We also have Plexiglas up at the till.
