Looking for 1 on 1 community support contractor for young women in wheelchair in Duncan. 16 hours a week at a rate of $24.35 an hour. Hours to be delivered over 3 days 9:00am start . Contractor would need to be able and willing to take young women swimming, out walks, bowling, arts and crafts, baking, cooking and follow a schedule created by individual and homeshare provider. Contractor also must be comfortable with some forms of personal care. Requirements of becoming a contractor with Beconnected: - current first aid and CPR C. - medical form completed by a doctor. - References. - Criminal record check (we submit paperwork). - Current drivers license. - Drivers abstract. - Quarterly reporting and yearly meetings.
