Tigh-Na-Mara Position: Maintenance Associate Reports to: Maintenance Manager Department: Maintenance Type: Full-Time Salary: $20/Hour Division: Rooms Job Description:&nbsp The Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring our Resort runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible for the guests staying at Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Conference Centre. The Maintenance Associate role is a Guest Service oriented position with a primary focus on attention to detail. Hours of work: Hours of work will vary based on business levels.&nbsp It is a full time position with varying day, evening, weekend and holiday work. Duties &amp Responsibilities:&nbsp Plumbing i.e. faucets, toilets, hot water tanks etc. Electrical i.e. switches, sockets, lights etc. Mechanical i.e. Equipment servicing etc Golf cart repairs Pool &amp Whirlpool maintenance and water conditioning while ensuring Parksville Health Authority Regulations are met. Preparation of Firewood for guest use i.e. ordering, splitting, stacking, delivery &amp kindling prep.
