Avid gardener ISO 2-3 bedroom in Maple Bay

I am currently looking for a quiet, well-maintained 2-3 bedroom long-term rental (at least 2-3 years) in Maple Bay for my daughter (17 years) and me. We are flexible with the move in date for the right place. My daughter is attending High School at GISS (she is graduating in 2024), so we want to be close to the Salt Spring ferry for her commute (within 10- 15 mins). We were house/cat sitting in Maple Bay from November until March 1st, 2022 and now we are in a month-month furnished rental but would like a permanent long-term home in Maple Bay. We had been living on the Sunshine Coast for 13 years and in our most recent house in Gibsons for 6.5 years, however, our landlord decided to move into the house on Nov. 30th, 2021. We had a wonderful relationship with our landlord for over 6.5 years. We maintained and cared for his property well, especially the garden and he was a caring and responsible landlord in return. I am financially stable, a professional garden/landscaper for over 20 years and I also work from home online as a certified health care professional. We are quiet (however, we both play the piano) and respectful, and do not smoke, drink, party or anything of the like. I can provide excellent references including our current and previous landlords, local gardening clients, neighbours and contacts on Vancouver Island. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
