$1,234 · WANTED: Home for rent for use as a daycare

I am an early childhood educator recently relocated to the island after a divorce. I sold my home and now am looking for a home to rent to run my childcare business from until I can qualify for a mortgage on my own due to the new mortgage rules. Commercial lease spaces lack the outdoor requirement required by childcare licensing as well as the layout optimal for childcare space and so I am looking for a landlord who hopefully loves children and understands that a daycare isn't a crazy, messy and chaotic environment but instead a safe and organized environment with happy kids who thrive in a routine while their parents work. I understand this may seem daunting to potential landlords; however, I am prepared to pay insurance premiums on the property as well as hold my own business and liability insurance. I will be meeting all licensing requirements, hold a business license and keep it immaculate! I am looking for clean and safe home with a fully fenced back yard in the Duncan area, and would prefer a home with a W/D and dishwasher.
