Caring Tenant

Hello! I'm welcoming a cozy long-term rental home: a one bedroom, bachelorette, cabin, cottage or self contained suite in the Cowichan Valley. I'm downsizing to live simply and value being close to trees, ocean, river or lake. Prefer rural or semi rural although open to a home in natural setting closer to town. I appreciate sunshine through the windows and a peaceful, healthy living environment. I value serenity but also enjoy some community, and would consider sharing a home with a person of similar values. I currently live in a beautiful area near the ocean, but landlords want to renovate and retire, possibly turning it into a B&B. It has been a good long term rental relationship. I'm a mature, professional woman and run my own business as well as work as a counsellor and therapist. I'm tidy, clean, respectful and don't smoke at all or party. I love nature, hiking, chi gong, yoga, cooking and learning new things. I would take excellent care of your rental as if it were my own home and I have always paid rent in full and on time!
