Seeking a green ninja to join our crew 4-5 days a week. You will be doing everything from lawn maintenance, pruning and planting, to mulch, soil amendments and more, giving you variety in your work. We love what we do and love having fun, laughs, soil discussions and listening to tunes. Whether you are looking for the season or a career in the field we offer opportunities to learn and grow that will allow you to finish the year with assets that you can carry forward. The ideal person will be able to or have: - Experience in the field (Skill & Knowledge) - Fitness - Transportation - Eye for detail - Desire to learn and grow - Professional manner - Reliable and accountable - Manage responsibilities independently - Friendly, enthusiastic, and can work outside. Willing to train the right person. Green Distinction Yard Care operates on organic and holistic principles utilizing environmentally friendly products and materials. We use professional grade electric equipment for most of our work only using gas powered when necessary. We consider ourselves one of the leaders in the valley educating and trying to advance sustainable yard care practices to create healthy, environmentally-friendly and beautiful yards. Base wage is $18/hr and up. Your pay will be determined after an initial assessment. Pay is based on experience (skill & knowledge) and physical capacity. Opportunities and support will be given to advance all these areas throughout the year. We offer professional development opportunities, resources, and training.
