Experience is not necessary, but willingness to learn, and expand your knowledge is necessary. We are looking for individuals with qualities such as: - Punctual - Responsible - Friendly and Courteous - Attentive - Physically fit - Ability to work in all weather conditions - Reliable - Good communication skills - Detail oriented - Desire to learn and follow instructions - Working in a team or independently - Drivers license a bonus, but not necessary Responsibilities and Duties: - Mowing & line trimming - Garden cleanups and weeding - Shrub & Hedge trimming - Planting shrubs, trees and perennials - Spreading mulch - operating gas powered tools I.e. chainsaw, hedge trimmers, pole saws and trimmers, lawn mowers, aerators, etc Must have attire: - Steel toed boots & comfortable shoes - waterproof a bonus! - Rain jacket and pants - Leather & rubberized gardening gloves - Warm inner clothing - Sunglasses Benefits: - $17.50 - $30.00 dependent on experience - 10% off services for your immediate family - Semper Viridis swag included..
