Mountainview Farm in beautiful Lake Cowichan is now accepting applications for full board. We have 1 space available for well behaved gelding . We are a private brand new growing farm. We have 1 brand new large in/out dry shelter/stalls with deep bedding and an adjoined large new paddock with ultra safe fencing installed solar stall lights , covered cross tie areas, tie rail for outdoor grooming/tacking, seasonal grazing (individual or shared grazing) sand round pen (Starting on arena) fully lite barn yard, 4-5 feeds per day (roughly 20-25 lbs of hay per day) top quality Timothy alfalfa orchards grass mixed hay (hi-point hay) brought in from Alberta or northern BC as well as local hay. Up to 2 grain feeds a day of top quality speciality feed (step right feed) and blanket changes. We have a Farrier on site and we use knowledgeable Equine specialized veterinarians that take care of our herd health. Our property backs onto beautiful Mountain side with lots of private trails for us to enjoy. Our priority is the care and well being of your equine companion.
