Hiring Caregivers in Cowichan Bay

Seeking reliable, experienced caregivers (2) to assist disabled client with all aspects of daily living. This includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, light physical therapy, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transfers. A mechanical lift is used for all transfers. The successful candidates will have care experience with references, recent criminal record check and be cat friendly, quiet, respectful and non-smoking. Available shifts include 4 PM - 10 PM on Mon, Tues and Wed, plus weekends (shift times to be determined) and overnight shifts. Ideal for conscientious caregiver, nursing student or registered care aide. Certification not required, training provided. Prefer fully vaccinated, otherwise masks required.
