Lifts under power with hand held control to full standing - then back down to sitting position. Then fully reclines under power with foot rest coming up. This chair costs new about$ 1,500.00 so save hundreds. Worth the drive down. Most other used lift chairs range $ 385.00 & up. Need the room.
