Job Duties: - Paint fingernails and toenails - Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style - Give basic hand and foot massage - Sterilize equipment before use Specific Skills Requirements: 1) Manicurists and Pedicurists Skills - Clean, trim and polish nails - Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions - Old nail polish removal 2) Nail art designs and technics Additional Skills: - Effective interpersonal skills: friendly and client-oriented - Attention to detail - Proper sterilization of the working area to ensure health and safety - Schedule and confirm appointments when needed - Manual dexterity Education: - Completion of a training course from a nail program/esthetics school - Completion of a general highschool Work Experience: Minimum 3 months of related work experience Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Language of work: English Wage: $18.00/hour Hours: 7.5 hours/day, 35 hours/week Location of work: 9779 Willow St, Chemainus, BC V0R 1K0.
