Tamshire Farm in the Cowichan Valley is currently taking orders for 8 Tamworth/Berkshire cross pigs. They are ethically raised, with plenty of room to roam and forage. They are hormone free. We take great care to give them a nutritious and balanced diet, producing high quality meat. Orders must be received by April 18, 2023 and can be picked up in Duncan at the butcher. Delivery can be discussed if desired. They are sold by the whole or half pig at $6.00 per lb. hang weight, which includes basic cut and wrap. An average hang weight is 175-215 lbs. A deposit is required to reserve your order.
