$8 · Brined smoked pork loin chops

These tasty little chops were brined for 5 days then smoked for 4 hrs. Internal finishing temp was 145. These are delicious sliced up on charcuterie boards or I like to shave them on scrambled eggs. They are vacuum sealed and frozen. $8 each no matter the size. Sometimes my responses end up in people’s junk folder so if you mail and don’t get a response please check there.
