Hello : ) We are the Owners of a successful and busy construction company who specialized in one of a kind custom homes and renovations. We are expanding into a second company and have purchased: 2021, WACKER NEUSON, EZ53, Excavator 2021 WACKER NEUSON, ST31, Track load 2021, CANTRA , DT8316-21KTR, Dump Trailer 2022 JOHN DEERE 17G, Excavator We are looking for an individual who is excited to grow with us. As this is a new endeavor, we are still building up the machine operating portion of this role to be a full-time gig. While we grow, we are looking for an individual who is willing to step in and help out wherever is needed. Whenever the work is available, we’ll have you on the machines, but during the gaps we will have various construction related jobs for you to do depending on experience. Previous construction experience is a bonus. Job Duties: -Operate excavators and the track loader. Excavate for footings and foundations, move, load and grade earth and rock, prep and build retaining and boulder walls. Prep land for concrete work, for drainage and for services. Operate machines for misc. landscaping tasks. -Operating Dump Trailer – delivering machines to jobsites, dump runs, picking up and delivering material. -Team player - willing to help with various construction tasks. -Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment. -Scope of work will evolve as company evolves. We are looking for someone to grow with our company. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, independent, safety minded and has strong interpersonal skills.
