Cowichan Valley Public Art Gallery is looking for volunteers. As we ramp up our projects, we are looking for volunteers to help out this volunteer organization. There are several positions that we need to fill. 1: volunteers who would watch exhibitions:, This would be after Covid and docent training would be supplied. Duties would be to help explain the artwork to visitors, and to sit during gallery hours , to take attendance and just keep an eye on things . 2: A gallery volunteer co-coordinator . To help the Programming committee and the gallery curator to schedule docents to sit gallery hours, and to help volunteeers to set up exhibitions and to take down exhibitions. 3; An accountant to help out our treasurer on an ongoing basis.
