The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet visitors and direct enquiries and respond to calls and emails. This position is a part time position with flexible hours. Certain times of the year the position will be full time. Qualifications • Customer service and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and networking skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment • Time management with ability to multi-task and prioritize projects • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline orientated work environment • Computer knowledge • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle • Any knowledge of social media, graphics is not required, but would be an asset • Prefer applicants live in the Cowichan Valley
