Job Description We are a Coffee Roasting Company with our own warehouse and bakery in Duncan. We have multiple franchise locations all over Vancouver Island, Powell river and New Westminster. Job description The Accounting Assistant/ Bookkeeper clerk will be responsible for day-to-day entry and posting in Sage 50 and inventory management. They will also be responsible for payrolls, invoicing and data management. Duties and responsibilities: Manage approvals and posting accounts’ payable invoices in Sage 50 Prepare reports and manage inventory Sort and file paid invoices and related documents Manage credit card statements and customer invoicing Communicate with customers and other employees Job requirements: - Complete literacy, proficient with office suite, database management, Internet and email - Experience with Sage 50 - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multi-task, organize and complete work independently and effectively - Ability to prioritize tasks, and to work deadlines - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with accounting Experience: QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred) Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
