Elmworth Construction Ltd. is seeking to fill a part time administrative assistant position. Initial hours will be 15-20 hours per week with the possibility of increased hours dependent on applicants' skill set. As a potential fit for the position, you would possess the following: - seeking part time position with flexibility in hours/days worked - ability to work in a shared, socially distanced office space (as opposed to a work from home position) - aptitude for Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, one drive) - background in administrative and accounts payable - own a vehicle to be available to run errands in the Duncan area - knowledge of construction industry would be an asset - knowledge of social media platforms and web site maintenance would be an asset Initial duties will include: - telephone reception - greeting and granting office access to incoming clientele - incoming and outgoing mail - accounts payable assistance (PO matching, facilitating cheque run, etc.) - all project and company filing - errands (post office, bank deposits, etc.) - shared Covid daily cleaning protocol Possibility of increased support role duties dependent on skill set: - social media platforms updates/maintenance - website maintenance - purchaser warranty liaison - on line schedule updates on construction based computer program If interested, please email resume to tawna@elmworth.com We will not be accepting resumes in person as our office doors remain locked due to Covid protocol and any office access is by appointment only.
