Vehicle vandal alert

Our 2000 Jeep Cherokee navy blue had drivers side mirror kicked off on Thaine road, backside of Cobble Hill mountain yesterday afternoon . The person doing this was standing on the hood while kicking mirror off. he fled when spotted in the act on a red 2- cycle dirt bike with possible white trim (Honda?) with a second person on similar bike .
