Bright one bedroom suite, upstairs in our 1930's character home in Duncan available for January 1st. $900 including utilities and internet. We are urban farmers, a social worker and a musician, working towards a degree of self-sufficiency. Close to town, and near the rivers and forests. We are on just under an acre, it's a panhandle off of a quiet residential street. It's a bit noisy during the weekdays as we are close to the industrial area, but quiet on evenings and weekends. Suitable for a single, non-smoking, working person, who is community oriented, environmentally-conscious with good mobility. An indoor cat is okay. We have a dog that is people- friendly, but not good with other animals.
