Unfurnished room for rent in 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. Located near the hospital, and minutes away from the Trans-Canada trail. Home has a small fenced backyard, and is adjacent to a large field that is shared by the strata. No smoking (non-negotiable as it is a condition of our lease). Well behaved pets considered with a pet deposit. Set back from the road and backing onto forested area, so quite private and no traffic noise (very safe place for pets). Two outdoor sheds, and plenty of storage inside the home if you have things you items you need to store. Rent includes imternet and all utilities. About us: two sisters (mid 20's and mid 30's) who both work full time and are often away from the home. We are ideally looking for a female roommate who either works full time or is in school. We are looking for a friendly person who is clean and respects their living area, and gets along well in a shared environment.
