Are you looking for a beautiful off the grid location to put your tiny home on? We might have what your looking for! We are looking for a great individual or couple to share our beautiful 5 acre property with. We're not just looking for anyone and everyone that applies will be carefully screened and considered if you are a good match or not, Your tiny home that you bring to live in, ideally would be off the grid meaning virtually no hook ups needed, you create your own power via solar panel, were not wanting Generators running all the time (though for back up is fine) if you can figure out your own water situation too that would be ideal but we might be able to figure something out, You would also be responsible for your own proper garbage and recycling disposal! ie removing it from our property and not hiding it somewhere on the property or letting it stack up for months on end, our disposal is very limited so cannot offer to include it, You must be easy going, down to earth, employed and having a 4x4 would be good as the road up to the potential tiny home location will be muddy in the winter months, Having a wood stove in your home to keep warm would be ideal to save your power but you must also be responsible for providing your own firewood and not cut from our property Looking for $550 a month for the right persons If this is something that interests you please contact us Pets will be considered as we also have two dogs and a cat and they must all get along for this situation to work, Thanks for looking
