looking for a female roommate

Hi, I'm 37 year old firefighter with a 3 year old son. My son at the moment stays with me 2 nights a week. I'm looking to rent a room. This would only be temporary until basement suite is finished. I live on a 1/2 acre lot. 20 minutes to Langford. No drugs, no smoking, 420 is okay. Just be nice, respectful and not creepy.
