We are renting our cozy house to someone who will love it just as much as we do. This is a unique spot with 2 bedrooms, a den, 1 bathroom, a HUGE front yard (property totals 1/2 acre). The property is shared with a cabin where I will be living. We are looking for someone (couple, family) who has strong communication skills, who respect where they live (both house and land) and who is ok with a little driveway chit-chat. There is an organic garden space available to share, shared laundry on site, partial basement for storage or rec room, and 2 parking spots. The front yard hosts the garden (possibly shared) and grass. We can discuss how much or little yard responsibility you would like to have when we meet. I will be doing a bit of work on some gardens (nature scapes) that were started last summer just to get them established, but other than that, the front space is yours. This land is a really special spot for us and we are waiting for a good fit. Smokers need not apply as this is a smoke-free property.
