$650 · bedroom w/ensuite

We are looking to rent one bedroom with an ensuite (toilet, shower, sink and closet). Our home is a three bedroom two bathroom home and it's just myself and my partner who live there right now. Our home is on ⅓ of an acre and the yard is fully fenced. We have a 16 month old German Shepherd who runs free in the yard when we are home and is either at work with us or at doggy day care. Our home is situated right across from an elementary school and we live on a quiet cul-de-sac. We are located a fifteen minute walk to the lake and close to trails and Parks. Dogs and cats allowed and a dog would be part of our meet and greet if you are interested in the room. No cigarettes. Green can be smoked outside on the deck. We are asking 650/month for rent (includes utilities). We are open to short term and/or longer term Tennant's. Availability for the room is Nov 1.
